At Naturing in Madison, we are passionate about getting families in Dane County, Wisconsin outdoors! We offer child-led nature play experiences for children and families in parks and greenspaces throughout the Madison area. Our programs—including parent-and-tot classes, summer camps, and community gatherings—are thoughtfully designed to nurture curiosity, spark wonder, and foster meaningful connections with the natural world.

☀️What’s a better kick-off to the start of summer than with a pop-up Together in the Park class? We played like bees and butterflies! Laying pompom eggs, moving colorful nectar, emerging from a hammock chrysalis and flying about, and arranging
Fun with Spring flowers! We assembled vase bouquets, searched for spring flowers in our parks, hammered flowers to extract their pigments, explored flower parts with magnifying glasses and scissors, and made flower impressions and scenes with clay.
